The melting kettle is special metallurgical equipment for pre-melting crude lead and waste lead materials. Its tank body is made of thick steel plate lined with lead-corrosion-resistant refractory castable, equipped with gas/electric heating, mechanical stirring, automatic slag skimming and negative pressure dust collection system. Operating at 320~450℃, it melts solid lead materials into liquid crude lead, separates solid impurities such as plastics, sediment and oxidized slag floating on the surface, and delivers homogeneous lead liquid to refining furnaces for purification. It is widely matched with production lines of secondary lead recovery and primary lead smelting.
