Spray tower is wet flue gas purification equipment supporting pyrolysis and smelting of waste lithium batteries and waste lead-acid batteries. The tower body is made of anti-corrosion materials, equipped with spray layers, packing layers, mist eliminators, circulating liquid tanks and spray pumps. It works together with flue gas collection systems of carbonization furnaces, melting kettles and lead refining furnaces.

 

Neutralize acidic harmful gases such as hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride and acid mist in flue gas with alkaline circulating liquid, capture heavy metal dust and carbon black particles contained in flue gas, absorb part of small-molecule organic pyrolysis waste gas.

The mist elimination device at the top intercepts liquid droplets carried by flue gas to avoid water damage to subsequent activated carbon adsorption equipment and fans.

Cut down total pollutants in flue gas in advance, reduce treatment load of advanced purification equipment and ensure tail gas discharge meets environmental standards.
